- Our Cancellation-Refunds and Returns Policy-
- Orders Placed can only cancelled before shipment and there is no refund and return is available once order is delivered.
- In COD you can refuse to get delivery of order/orders and in prepaid orders, these can cancelled before shipment is made or you can refuse delivery and inform us at our mail
support@qodacosmetics.com - Refund will be issued in 8-10 working days & Shipping costs will not be refunded.
- it is requested to make video while unboxing for any claims.
- Once parcel is delivered then we will not able to refund or return the order. We will not exchange opened or used products.
- In the case of an extreme scenario please email or call our customer service team on delivery.
- Due to the current situation you might expect a delay in the refund. Our refunds can take up-to 8-10 working days basis your bank/payment method working.
Please note: Although we have tried to accurately show the actual color of the products, there may be a slight variation based on the operating system you are using. - Products can only be eligible for returns if the products received by the customer are deemed to have been received in a damaged / defective state or are expired or an incorrect product has been delivered. Such products can only be returned in their original packaging, in an unused and sealed condition. [Opened or used products will not be accepted as returns and you requested to raise complaint within 2 days of delivery.
